If I get into a yarn store, I find that skeins just jump into my shopping bag all by themselves!
In this case though it seems to have all worked out, as that finished dress is wonderful! Keep forgetting that there are only 24 hours in a day and a few minutes of sleep occaisionally are needed.Dinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06245338438843979692noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2677338050794007033.post-32956904729367983952010-12-09T00:52:50.060-08:002010-12-09T00:52:50.060-08:00Thanks for the comment on my blog :-)

In my case, it's yarn. Sometimes I "create" excuses to go to the yarn store, like accidentally losing all my stitch markers, just so I can buy more yarn. Your niece's dress is adorable. She will look so cute in it!autumngeishahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03999159092655986251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2677338050794007033.post-77193567865018094752010-12-08T15:31:43.094-08:002010-12-08T15:31:43.094-08:00Thanks Denise! But, like knitting, I (we) don't do it because it's cost-efficient. I do it for the creative process, the process of creating, and I think people look better in garments with some love sewn/knit into them :)

Plus, I've banned myself from Winners anyways :)SweetPotatohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14942568045031320194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2677338050794007033.post-90746318543449151382010-12-08T14:50:01.079-08:002010-12-08T14:50:01.079-08:00The dress is very pretty. The dress is very pretty.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03229883789485107841noreply@blogger.com
